I don't really have time to put up NHL plays, so I keep track of some decent sources of information that I can quickly check in case I have time to make a few plays.

I check the opening lines at Wager Line.

I check out the plays of Drunken Goon and Skeeter.

I see who the top cappers are playing at Free Sports Monitor.

Last - and most important, I use money management to protect my bankroll.  If you aren't sizing your wagers according to your bankroll, chances are you'll go broke eventually.
