I don't really have time to put up NBA and NCAA plays, but what I do is keep track of some decent sources of information that I can quickly check in case I have time to make a few plays.

I check the opening lines at Wager Line.

I subscribe to Free Picks By Email.  Tim Trushel and Mike Lee are two handicappers I respect, so I often follow their plays.

I check  what the syndicate, or steam plays are at G&J Update as well as the line movements.

I watch hot cappers in the posting forums.  The Rod Father had a great run in NCAA baskets, started rough in the NCAA Tournament, but finished strong.

I see who the top cappers are playing at Free Sports Monitor.

I'm always looking for good sources of plays to link from here, so if you, or someone you know is a decent handicapper, drop me a line and I'll add the link.

Last - and most important, I use money management to protect my bankroll.  If you aren't sizing your wagers according to your bankroll, chances are you'll go broke eventually.
